Rachel is a Registered Psychologist with experience in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, autism and general mental health issues. She is also passionate about reducing the stigma associated with body image and appearance.

Rachel draws from various evidence based on therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). In addition, Rachel has received specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Associated of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).
